On the one hand, Mr. Joan Francesc Marco Conchillo, General Director of the National Institute of Performing Arts and Music (hereinafter, INAEM), in number and representative of the aforementioned body, with headquarters at Plaza del Rey number 1, 28004 Madrid , and NIF Q2818024H, by virtue of the appointment made by Royal Decree 229/2022, of March 29, in exercise of the powers attributed by Royal Decree 2491/1996, of December 5, of organic structure and functions of the National Institute of Performing Arts and Music (BOE no. 306, of December 20).
On the other, Mr. Juan Carlos Enrique Moreno, as General Director of the AMBILAMP Association (hereinafter, AMBILAMP), with CIF G84397959, and registered office at Avenida de Burgos number 17, 9th floor, right door, 28036 Madrid, in By virtue of the power of representation of that entity included in the deed dated February twenty-third, two thousand and eleven, granted before the notary of Madrid, Mr. Antonio Huerta Trlez, with protocol number three hundred and sixty.
Both parties agree to competence and capacity respectively to formalize this addendum to the agreement.
EXPONENT
I. That INAEM and AMBILAMP signed an agreement on April 25, 2019 to implement mechanisms that facilitate the selective registration of WEEE waste at the National Music Auditorium.
II. That the aforementioned agreement contemplates the possibility of extension, which requires the unimate agreement of the parties by signing the corresponding addendum.

First extension of the agreement
The parties agree, in accordance with the ninth clause of the agreement, to extend its validity for four additional years.
Second Effectiveness and validate this addendum to the agreement
This addendum to the agreement tends to take effect as of May 13, 2023, prior registration in the State Electronic Registry of Bodies and Instruments of Cooperation of the State Public Sector. Likewise, it will be published within ten business days from its formalization in the Official State Gazette, in accordance with the provisions of article 48.8 and section 2 of the seventh additional provision of Law 40/2015, of October 1. .
