On the one hand, Mr. Joan Francesc Marco Conchillo, General Director of the National Institute of Performing Arts and Music, in number and representative of the aforementioned body, meets in Plaza del Rey, no. 1, 28004 Madrid, and NIF number Q2818024H, by virtue of the appointment made by Royal Decree 229/2022, of March 29, in exercise of the powers attributed by Royal Decree 2491/1996, of December 5, of organic structure and functions of the National Institute of Performing Arts and Music (BOE no. 306 of December 20).

And, on the other, the Secretary General of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, Mr. Carlos Daniel Casares Daz, by virtue of the appointment issued by the Governing Board of the FEMP in a session held on September 25, 2018 and ratified in its session of September 21, 2019, acting in number and on behalf of the same, in exercise of the powers conferred in public deed with protocol number 2659, granted before the Notary Public of Vigo Mr. Jos Antonio Rodrguez Gonzlez, dated October 10 of 2018, and of the functions attributed to it by article 39, section 2, of the statutes of this federation, approved in its XII ordinary plenary session held in Madrid on September 21, 2019, with address at Calle Nuncio 8, 28005 Madrid and CIF G -28783991.

Both parties agree to competence and capacity respectively to formalize this addendum to the agreement.

EXPONENT

I. That the INAEM and the FEMP signed an agreement on March 31, 2022 for the development of the 2022-23 edition of the State Program for the circulation of performing arts shows in spaces of local entities (Platea).

II. That the aforementioned agreement contemplates the possibility of modifying its terms, which requires the unimportant agreement of the parties by signing the corresponding addendum.

First Modification of the fourth clause of the agreement

The parties agree, in accordance with the sixth clause of the agreement, that the fourth clause is worded as follows:

Expenses derived from the execution of the Platea program that corresponds to be paid to the INAEM are financed with budget concepts 24.107.335A.280, for a maximum amount of 525.300,00 euros, and 24.107.335B.280, for a maximum amount of 1.546.000,00 ,2022 euros, consigned to the general State budget in force in 24.107.335, as charged to budget concepts 280A.934.200,00, for a maximum import of 24.107.335 euros, including 280B.2.094.500,00, for an import maximum of 2023 euros, which is consigned in the general State budget in force in XNUMX.

Of these amounts, a maximum of 1,5% of the total budget for 2022 (31.069,50 euros) and 1,5% of the total budget for 2023 (45.430,50 euros) may be used to cover the costs of training actions, to the communication and publication of the conclusions provided for in the previous clause, as well as to the planning and execution of the evaluation of the program, through contracts processed in accordance with the current Public Sector Contract Law.

The execution of the activities of diffusion and follow-up of the commitments by the FEMP under this agreement does not entail additional expenses for the FEMP.

Second Effectiveness and validity of this addendum to the agreement of March 31, 2022

In accordance with the provisions of article 48.8 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, the addendum will be effective once registered, within five working days from its formalization, in the Registry. Electronic state bodies and cooperation instruments of the state public sector and will be published within ten business days from its formalization in the Official State Gazette.
