The seven personal agendas seized from the producer José Luis Moreno at his home last July underpin other possible criminal activities, according to the extensive statement from the Civil Guard, delivered to the judge of the National Court Ismael Moreno. The businessman wrote down absolutely everything: from his millionaire debts, to his purchases, his shenanigans, his pharaonic projects and his megalomania.

Among these projects, the investigators of the Titella operation record one that was destined for Equatorial Guinea, about which only a few notes appear. Moreno planned to expand the television channel Tú Más TV, a platform of thematic channels on the Internet that started in 2013, to the African country. According to his annotations, I hope to do it hand in hand with

Ruslan Obiang Nsue, one of the illegitimate sons of dictator Teodoro Obiang.

The notes are from the end of October 2018. “Ruslan. Company in Guinea that bills”. The Civil Guard reported that he was referring to the city of Obiang, general director at that time of the national airline Ceiba Intercontinental, with a branch in Madrid. "As can be seen, he owns a company in Guinea that would make invoices," says the report that is in the hands of the judge.

On October 28, on the next page of his diary, Moreno writes a continuation of the heading “Asuntos possible projects”. And I will list the following, section by section: “Guinea You More advertising, aid and pan-African organization; You More TV African headquarters created in Malabo with the state of Equatorial Guinea; new Africa, Pearl of Africa, closing dates visit president”.

According to the investigators' report, these annotations are linked to the previous ones. "On this occasion, a series of possible brand new projects in Equatorial Guinea, constituting a headquarters for You More TV in Malabo, the capital of Equatorial Guinea."

Ruslan Obiang, who lived for several years in Valencia, was Secretary of State for Youth and Sports of Guinea, at the head of the national airline, according to the Guinean press, is now at the head of Ceiba Airports, one of the companies of the airline conglomerate. Like other members of the Obiang family, the shadow of corruption haunts him and he was investigated after the complaint of several Spanish businessmen for alleged bribery.

Tú Más TV, Moreno's platform, is also the magnifying glass for researchers who have found new material on their agendas. From that channel, the producer advertised cruises in the Maldives in 2014 and with that cruise company he contracted loan contracts for 2,7 million euros six years later. For the Civil Guard it is an alleged money laundering.
