This Presidency, by virtue of the delegation of the Central Electoral Board agreed at its meeting on April 26, 2023, has adopted the following agreement:
1. Agree on the distribution of free spaces under the terms of the proposal formulated by the Radio and Television Commission referred to in article 65 of the Organic Law of the General Electoral Regime.
2. Announce in the Official State Gazette that on this date the Central Electoral Board has agreed to the distribution of free spaces in the national publicly owned media in favor of the political entities participating in the electoral process called. Said distribution is published on the website of the Central Electoral Board. The interested political entities may formulate the resources that they consider pertinent in defense of their rights, resources that must be filed with the Secretariat of the Central Electoral Board before 14:8 p.m. on Monday, May XNUMX.
The resources formulated in time and form will be available to the interested political formations in the Secretariat of the Central Electoral Board, during registration hours, so that they can make allegations until Tuesday, May 9, at 14:XNUMX p.m.
