Pursuant to the provisions of article 4 of Law 13/1998, of May 4, on the Regulation of the Tobacco Market, and tax regulations, the prices for sale to the public (RRP) of certain tobacco products in sales outlets are published. Tobacco and Stamp of the Monopoly area, which have been proposed by the corresponding manufacturers and importers.
First. The retail prices (RRP) of the tobacco products indicated below, including the different taxes, in Tobacco and Stamp Sales of the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, will be as follows:
