Considering the agreement on salary review for the year 2022 and salary increase for the year 2023 of the collective labor agreement for the activity of the Wood Industries of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja (Code number 26000255011981), signed for this purpose by the Joint Commission of the same with faith February 3, 2023, and in accordance with the provisions of articles 90.2 and 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23 (Official State Gazette of 24), which approves the consolidated text of the Law of the Workers' Statute and in Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on registration and deposit of agreements, collective work agreements and equality plans.

This General Directorate of Employment, Social Dialogue and Labor Relations,

AGREES

First. Order the registration of the aforementioned agreement in the corresponding Registry of agreements, collective work agreements and equality plans with operation through electronic means of this Management Center, with notification to the Joint Commission.

Second. Arrange for its publication in the 'Official Gazette of La Rioja'.

Wood Industries Collective Agreement of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja Salary review year 2022

In the city of Logroo, at nine thirty on the third of February, two thousand and twenty-three, the following people meet at the premises of the Federation of Entrepreneurs of La Rioja: Julia García Calvo, Ana Rita Medrano Medrano, Bruno Martínez Turza, Francisco Antonio Oliván González and Flix Urbiola Gómez Escolar, representing the Association of Wood and Furniture Industries of La Rioja; Carlos De Marcos Puente, Francisco Jos Villoslada García and Carlos Guillorme Lozano, representing UGT-FICA and Diego Mena Ochoa and Jess Mara Villar Olave, representing CCOO del Habitat de La Rioja, all of them members of the Joint Commission of the Collective Agreement of Labor for the Wood Industries of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja for the years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

The reason for the meeting is to establish the economic review agreed upon in Article 18 of the Agreement, in relation to the deviation experienced by the CPI during 2022 and applicable to the concepts of Base Salary, Plus Assistance and Allowances and Kilometers.

In accordance with the above, based on the powers provided to the Joint Commission, the following agreements are unanimously adopted:

First. Salary review year 2022.

You have noticed that the Consumer Price Index (CPI), established by the INE for the entire country, has registered, as of December 31, 2022, an increase of 5.7%, compared to December 31, 2021, we proceed to review the salaries in force as of December 31, 2022 by 3,7%, corresponding to the difference between the CPI (5,7%) and the increase already incorporated into tables in said year (2%), preparing and approving the Salary Table to govern during 2022 which is accompanied.

The Attendance Plus increases by the same percentage as the Base Salary, resulting in a cost of 6,76 euros that all professional groups will receive for each day actually worked, as on Saturdays when the working day from Monday to Friday is established. I worked that day.

Second. Diets and mileage.

Article 18 of the Convention was worded as follows:

Companies will be obliged to pay all staff who carry out trips or trips under their mandate at a rate of 48.945 euros for the complete subsistence allowance and 20.775 euros for the half subsistence allowance. If the trip is carried out using their own means of transport, not provided by the company, they will be obliged to pay the workers at a rate of 0,284 euros per kilometer. In the event of a review or extension of the Agreement, these amounts will be modified in the same percentage as the salaries and the same criteria will be sought to be observed in future Agreements.

Third. The economic benefits accrued and not received, derived from the application with effect from January 1, 2022 of the economic content clauses of this review, will be paid to the workers within a maximum period of thirty days from the day following the date of publication of this review in the Official Gazette of La Rioja.

Room. Send this Minute to the corresponding Labor Authority so that it can proceed to register, deposit and subsequently publish it in the Official Gazette of La Rioja.

And so that this is recorded for the purposes established in the Workers' Statute and in Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on registration and deposit of collective labor agreements and agreements, it is extended to this record that is signed by the members of the Joint Commission of the aforementioned Convention in proof of conformity.

In accordance with the above, based on the powers provided to the Joint Commission, the following agreements are unanimously adopted:

First. Salary increase 2023.

In accordance with what is stipulated for this purpose for the fourth year of its validity in article 12 of the Collective Agreement for the years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, the salaries in force as of December 31, 2022 are reviewed by 2, 00%. Thus, the workers affected by this Agreement will receive the Base Salary concept from January 1, 2023, which for each professional category and level is detailed in the first column of the annex to this Minute (Salary Table), without prejudice of the applicable review, in this case, in accordance with the provisions of the following point.

The Attendance Plus increases by the same percentage as the Base Salary, resulting in a cost of 6,90 euros that all professional categories will receive for each day actually worked, as on Saturdays when the working day from Monday to Friday is established. I worked that day.

Second. Salary review.

In the event of a review or extension of the Agreement, these amounts will be modified in the same percentage as the salaries and the same criteria will be sought to be observed in future Agreements.

However, the content of article 60 of the CEM must be taken into account.

Room. Loyalty award.

Effective for the year 2023, those workers who have fifteen years of service in the company and retire early, may unilaterally request the termination of their employment contract with the right, for a single time and upon leaving, compensation for the importation of the monthly payments of your oldest consolidated base salary, if applicable, which are specified on the following scale:

  • – From turning 60 until turning 61: four months.
  • – From turning 61 until turning 62: three months.
  • – From turning 62 until turning 63: two months.
  • – From turning 63 until turning 64: one month.

Taking into account the eventuality of this compensation, companies are not obliged to make specific provisions.

Fifth. Payment of arrears.

The economic benefits accrued and not received, derived from the application with effect from January 1, 2023, of the economic content clauses of this Revision, will be paid to the workers within a maximum period of thirty days from the day following the date of signature thereof.

Sixth. Send this Minute and the Salary Table prepared for this purpose to the General Directorate of Employment and Labor Relations of La Rioja, so that it can proceed to register, deposit and subsequently publish it in the Official Gazette of La Rioja.

And there being no further matters to discuss, the meeting adjourned at once thirty hours at the place and date indicated in the heading, extending this Minute which is signed with its annex by all attendees in proof of conformity.
