The president of Congress, Meritxell Batet, has soon published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) the confirmation of the labor reform, in such a form of trial for having gone ahead with a telematic vote that the deputy of the PPAlberto Casero was not allowed to correct .

The opposition considered that this vote is not legitimate, that Batet violated the right that assists deputies in voting and that, therefore, the validation of Congress is not valid. While his allegations are being resolved, he asked Batet not to proclaim that validation in the BOE, but Batet has also ignored this request.

As revealed by the BOE this Tuesday, the president of Congress gave herself a special prize in ordering the promulgation of that agreement of the Congress that is in question.

He sent it to the Bulletin the same day that the controversial vote took place, last Thursday, February 3.

The speed that Batet has given in that it will appear in the BOE is its validation contrasts with the slowness that it is printing in the revision limits claimed by the PP. Those of Pablo Casado have been insisting for days that the Congress Table meet to review what happened and scrutinize how it was acted to prevent Deputy Casero from rectifying the erroneous vote - he stated as 'if' what should be a 'no' , which would have knocked down- the validation-. That is key to determining an alleged violation of the regulations, which would have led to twisting the popular will expressed in Parliament for the benefit of the Government of Pedro Sánchez.

The allegations made by the opposition await their turn in the office of Batet and the Congress Table. The PP asked last Thursday, hours after the controversial election, to call the Congress Table urgently. The request was repeated on Friday, but Batet has left the meeting of the Table for a week, on Tuesday, February 15. That is to say, almost two weeks after the vote that he is legally questioned.
