In accordance with the provisions of section 9 of Order PCM/219/2022, of March 21, which calls for the professional aptitude evaluation test for the exercise of the legal profession for the year 2022, it is designated to the regular and alternate members of the Evaluation Committee of the aforementioned professional aptitude test, in accordance with the provisions of article 19.2 of the Regulations of Law 34/2006, of October 30, on access to the legal professions and the Attorney, approved by Royal Decree 775/2011, of June 3.

For their appointment, the provisions of article 53 of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the effective equality of women and men have been taken into account.

Depending on the number of applicants presented and the completion of the aptitude test online, a single evaluation commission is appointed in the Community of Madrid.

The members of the Evaluation Commissions may be challenged in accordance with the dispute with article 24 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.

Against this Resolution, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed within two months from its publication, in accordance with the provisions of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction, or optionally and prior, administrative appeal for replacement within a month before the head of the department, in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

By virtue of this, at the proposal of the General Secretary of the State Lawyer, the Council of Universities, the General Council of Spanish Lawyers, the General Council of the Judiciary and the Counselor who reports to the Body of Lawyers of the Community of Madrid, headquarters of the evaluation test, the Evaluation Commission of the test of access to the exercise of the legal profession is appointed for the year 2022, which will be made up of the following members:
