summary

Article 43 of Law 2/2023, of March 16, on Budgets of the Generalitat de Catalunya for 2023 (DOGC no. 8877, of 17.3.2023), establishes that the fixed amount rates of the current rates of the Generalitat are raised, for the year 2023, up to the amount resulting from the application of the coefficient 1,03 to the quota for the year 2022, except the rates with quotas that are subject to modification by the Law on fiscal, financial and administrative measures that accompanied by the Budget Law.

On the other hand, the third additional provision of the Consolidated Text of the Generalitat de Catalunya Public Rates and Prices Law, approved by Legislative Decree 3/2008, of June 25, establishes that within a period of two months from the date of entry into force of the law that modified or creates rates or updates the imports, the departments of the Generalitat de Catalunya that manage the affected rates have to publish in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya, through an order of the counselor or counselor of the Department competent in the matter, and for informational purposes only, a list of current rates, in which they identify the services and activities for each rate and the corresponding fee.

For all the above, at the proposal of the Services Department,

I order:

Article 1

Publicize the current rates that the Department of Education, which are those that appear in the annex to this Order.

Article 2

This Order must be posted in all departments and offices of the Department of Education, and of the corresponding agencies or entities, and must be available to interested persons who request it.

Current Rates

-1 Fee for the issuance of academic and professional titles:

  • 1. Baccalaureate: baccalaureate degree: 69,65 euros.
  • 2. Specific professional training:
    • 2.1 Technician or technique title: 69,65 euros.
    • 2.2 Technician or higher technical degree: 78,00 euros.
  • 3. Special regime education:
    • 3.1 Music and dance teachings:
      • 3.1.1 Professional Ticket: 69,65 euros.
      • 3.1.2 Superior degree: 155,45 euros.
    • 3.2 Teaching drama:
      • 3.2.1 Higher degree in dramatic art: 155,45 euros.
    • 3.3 Instruction of plastic arts and design:
      • 3.3.1 Technician or technique title: 69,65 euros.
      • 3.3.2 Technician or higher technical degree: 78,00 euros.
      • 3.3.3 Title of conservation and restoration of cultural assets: 78,00 euros.
      • 3.3.4 Title of design: 78,00 euros.
      • 3.3.5 Superior glass title: 78,00 euros.
      • 3.3.6 Higher title in ceramics: 78,00 euros.
    • 3.4 Language teaching:
      • 3.4.1. Advanced language certificate: 78,00 euros.
      • 3.4.2. Certificate of updating and specialization courses referred to levels C1 and C2 of the Council of Europe: 78,00 euros.
    • 3.5 Sports Teachings:
      • 3.5.1 Technician title or sports technique: 69,65 euros.
      • 3.5.2 Technician title or higher sports technique: 78,00 euros.
    • 3.6. Graduate degree or graduate, master's degree in artistic education: 204,05 euros.
    • 3.7. Higher artistic education titles adapted to the European Higher Education Area and equivalent to a university degree: 155,45 euros.
  • 4. Reissue (issuance of duplicates): 17,25 euros.

-2 Fee for the provision of educational services of official language schools and for encryption in free tests to obtain official certificates:

  • 1. Enrollment and services for official students of intermediate and advanced levels, per course: 297,60 euros.
  • 2. Enrollment and services for official students of the intermediate and advanced levels, if the course is offered in late quarterly schedules, for each block: 148,80 euros.
  • 2a. Enrollment and services for official students of the intermediate and advanced levels in the remote modality, for each module: 148,80 euros.
  • 3. Enrollment and exam fees for the intermediate level certificate for free students: 78,40 euros.
  • 4. Free registration and exam fees for the advanced level certificate for students: 96,65 euros.
  • 5. The registration and services for official students of the intermediate and advanced levels matter, if the registration for the second is made in the same course, block or module of the same language, it will be the result of applying the coefficient of 1.3 to the established quota.
  • 6. Enrollment and services for official students of intermediate and advanced levels matter, if enrollment for the third time in the same course, block or module of the same language, will be the result of applying the coefficient of 1,8 to the established fee .

-3 Fee for enrollment in the entrance exam for intermediate level training courses and the entrance exam for higher level training courses for specific professional training and the teaching of plastic arts and design, for enrollment in the entrance exam. -4 Fee for registration in tests to obtain certain titles:

  • 1. Tests to obtain the baccalaureate degree:
    • 1.1. Registration in the tests, of all subjects, to obtain the bachelor's degree: 115,05 euros.
    • 1.2. Registration in the tests, by subjects, to obtain the bachelor's degree for each subject: 10,10 euros.
  • 2. Tests to obtain the title of technician or technician and of superior technician of the training cycles of the teachings of plastic arts and design:
    • 2.1. Registration in the tests, of all the modules, to obtain the title of technician or technique: 82,20 euros.
    • 2.2. Registration in the tests, for each module, to obtain the title of technician or technician: 11,95 euros.
    • 2.3. Registration in the tests, of all modules, to obtain the title of technician or higher technique: 115,05 euros.

    • 1.2. Validation request for non-university level courses or modules: 34,85 euros.
  • 2. The fee for the application for recognition of the title of graduate or graduate in secondary education is not credited.
