After the approval of Law 2/2022, of March 10, on Youth, by Decree 18/2022 of September 23, of the Lehendakari, Decree 18/2020, of September 6, is modified to incorporate the competence area of Lehendakaritza, the area of action of Youth. The modification of Decree 5/2021, of January 19, which establishes the organizational and functional structure of the Lehendakaritza, is incorporated. Modification that is in transmission and that assigns the Youth area to the General Secretariat of Social Transition and Agenda 2030.
To give continuity to the 2023 financial year to the youth programs that year after year, during the summer months, coinciding with the educational holiday period, are carried out in the area of Youth, and while the precise legal framework is approved, it is It is appropriate to delegate to the Secretary General of the Presidency the power to call for the youth programs that are determined herein, adopting as a reference the bases that have governed the calls in previous years and, without prejudice, to the adjustments that may be appropriate to introduce. .
Due to the foregoing, and in accordance with the provisions of article 25.3 of Law 3/2022, of May 12, on the Basque Public Sector, and article 39.3 of Law 7/1981, of June 30, on Government.
I RESOLVE:
First.– Delegate in the General Secretary of the Presidency the power to carry out the following hanging calls 2023:
- a) Call non-profit public and private entities from the BAC to present projects for the Auzolandegiak Youth Volunteer Camps program of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Euskadi, in 2023.
- b) Call for places in the Auzolandegiak Youth Volunteer Camps program of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country in 2023.
- c) Call development cooperation entities to present projects for the Cooperating Basque Youth program of the General Administration of the Autonomous Community of Euskadi in 2023.
- d) Call for the Cooperating Basque Youth program for the year 2023.
Second.– This delegation is subject to sealing in article 9 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, and in article 25.3 of Law 3/2022, of May 12, on the Basque Public Sector, and the Administrative The resolutions adopted by virtue thereof shall expressly indicate this circumstance and shall be deemed issued by the delegated body.
Third.– This Decree will enter into force the day after its publication in the BOPV.
