The President of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia
It is notorious to all the citizens of the Region of Murcia, that the Regional Assembly has approved the Law amending Law 6/2021, of December 23, which regulates the comprehensive intervention of early care in the field of Region of Murcia.
Therefore, under article 30.Two, of the Statute of Autonomy, on behalf of the King, I promulgate and order the publication of the following Law:

The Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia no 5, of January 8, 2022, publishes Law 6/2021, of December 23, which regulates the comprehensive intervention of early care in the area of the Region of Murcia .
Its articles 18 and 19 are regularly attended by the Regional Early Care Coordination Commission and the Early Care Technical Commission, respectively.
Both articles, in addition to sections 1.i) and 1.f) respectively, refer to the representatives of publicly owned child development and early care centers designated by the Federation of Municipalities of the Kingdom of Murcia. As there are no concerts with the public sector, it is not possible to designate the representatives of said commissions, so it is necessary to modify both articles by eliminating the reference to concerts.
Likewise, in its sections 1.j) and 1.g) reference is made to the representatives of privately owned child development and early care centers, leaving out of the Commission centers that receive public funds through subsidies or administrative contracts. Given the functions of both commissions, it evidently turned out that in order to better achieve their objectives, all those centers that receive public financing must be admitted to participate.
Sole article Modification of Law 6/2021, of December 23, which regulates the comprehensive intervention of early care in the area of the Region of Murcia
Letters i) and j) of section 1 of article 18 and letters f) and g) of section 1 of article 19 of Law 6/2021, of December 23, which regulates the comprehensive intervention of care early in the area of the Region of Murcia.
One.- Letters i) and j) of section 1 of article 18 are modified, they are worded as follows:
- i) Four representatives of publicly owned child development and early care centers that receive funding from the Regional Administration, designated by the Federation of Municipalities of the Region of Murcia.
- j) Two representatives of privately owned child development and early care centers that receive funding from the Regional Administration, one designated by the Federation of Non-Profit Entities CDIAT holders that have the largest number of associates in the Region of Murcia, and another by agreement between the non-profit entities not integrated into the previous Federation and the for-profit entities that are CDIAT holders. In case of non-producing of the designation regulated in this section after the requirement made by the presidency of the Commission, the latter will decide on the designation.

Final provision Entry into force
This law will enter into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Kingdom of Murcia.
Therefore, I order all citizens to whom this Law is applicable, to comply with it and the corresponding Courts and Authorities to enforce it.
