The President of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia
Be known to all citizens of the Region of Murcia, that the Regional Assembly has approved the Law amending Law 4/2022, of June 16, on Patronage of the Region of Murcia and amending Legislative Decree 1/2010 , of November 5, which approves the consolidated text of the legal provisions in force in the Region of Murcia regarding ceded taxes.
Therefore, under article 30.Two, of the Statute of Autonomy, on behalf of the King, I promulgate and order the publication of the following Law:
Published Law 4/2022, of June 16, on Patronage of the Region of Murcia, in the Official State Gazette dated August 3, 2022, the Bilateral Commission for Cooperation General Administration of the State-Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for the study and proposed solution to the jurisdictional discrepancies expressed in relation to articles 12, 13, 14 and 15 of the aforementioned law. Said discrepancies were resolved in the Agreement of the aforementioned Bilateral Commission published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia dated January 24, 2023.
In compliance with said agreement, it is necessary to redraft point 1 of article 14 of the aforementioned Law 4/2022, of June 16.

Point 1 of article 14 of Law 4/2022, of June 16, on Patronage of the Region of Murcia and modification of Legislative Decree 1/2010, of November 5, which approves the consolidated text, was modified of the legal provisions in force in the Region of Murcia regarding ceded taxes, is worded as follows:
Article 14 Use of the tax credit
1. The beneficiaries of the tax credit recognized in application of the previous article may, against said credit, pay their own taxes, public prices and rates managed directly by the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, in the terms established by law, until all the entire recognized tax credit.

Single final provision
This Law will enter into force the same day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Kingdom of Murcia.
Therefore, I order all citizens to whom this Law is applicable, to comply with it and the corresponding Courts and Authorities to enforce it.
