We are in the greatest moment to enjoy white asparagus. One of the fetish products of spring that, together with the artichoke, fills the menus of restaurants that look at the season and take care of the product. Navarra, and the horticultural town of Tudela, are celebrating these days and bring two jewels from their gardens to Madrid.

They do so in a new edition of the Navarra Asparagus and Tudela Artichoke Route. A gastronomic itinerary in which more than 20 restaurants in Madrid participate, showing the value of their products.

White asparagus from Navarra grows only in April and May. Municipalities such as San Adrián, Azagra, Milagro, Cadreita, Valtierra, Arguedas or Tudela live from the collection of true luxury pieces buried in terraces in the middle Ebro valley and its foothills.
