Exempt teams in the draw

The pairings will be carried out by draw, facing, as far as possible, the lower category clubs against the higher category ones, the clubs being distributed in as many cups as there are categories remaining in the competition.

The qualifying rounds of this first round will be held in a single match, always with the lower category team playing at home.

The matches will be held in the sports facilities of the lower category club, so that the minimum requirements established by the RFEF are met, and if they are of the same category, in those of the clubs whose ball was drawn first.
