From law to law II

The Government's assault on the Constitutional Constitution aimed at fulfilling its pacts with the independentistas receives various considerations. For the left in power and its extraordinary media apparatus, which includes a large part of 'show business', this is not a coup, it is democracy: doing the will of the one who 'comes out of the polls'. Since it is democracy and we are moving towards 'advanced democracy', they propose more. For the nationalists it is not a coup either, nor was it a coup in 2017 (dream, according to the sentence). They deny that it was a coup but they do not deny the coup: they promise it. For another sector of reality made up of PP, Cs and their teeming army of centrists, this is indeed a coup, one that breaks an idyllic institutional and constitutional situation, not only the largest in our history, but also the envy of the world. It is about a coup organized by Sánchez, an evil genius, against a division of powers that cannot touch him, and they propose that Europe be the one to solve it. The reality, however, is that Europe poses smiling these days with Sánchez, that there was no division of powers (I could write PSOE, government and legislature interchangeably); that everything is done against the Constitution but within the Constitution and for the Constitution and that Sánchez is not a hiatus but the acceleration of a constitutional continuum that comes from 'from Law to Law', transfiguring harakiri that is replicated: usurpation of the authentic constituent power of the Nation. What happens is not a lucubration. To speculate would be to speak of the foreign powers that pilot the process; Carmen Calvo has repeated that the separation of powers is a mere formalism, Iceta will have to wait for the referendum to mature in society and Zapatero promised a new Statute via organic laws. For this reason, it is not only important to determine if it is a coup, but also when it started and who has to solve it, that is, who is the political subject. Disfiguring the last two questions is as confusing as doing it with the first. In scams, one usually plays smart and the other plays dumb. Then they share the 'cousin'.
