In accordance with the provisions of article 33 of Organic Law 2/1979, of October 3, of the Constitutional Court, modified by Organic Law 1/2000, of January 7, this General Secretariat orders the publication in the Official Gazette of the State of the Agreement that is transcribed as an annex to this Resolution.
ANNEXED
Agreement of the Bilateral Cooperation Commission General State Administration-Generalitat in relation to Law 8/2022, of December 29, on fiscal measures, administrative and financial management, and organization of the Generalitat
The Bilateral Commission for Cooperation General State Administration-Generalitat has adopted the following Agreement:
1. Begin negotiations to resolve the discrepancies expressed in relation to articles 10, 83, 84, 85, 188, 219, 220, 222, 234 and 239 of Law 8/2022, of December 29, on fiscal measures, administrative and financial, and organization of the Generalitat.
2. Appoint a working group to propose the appropriate solution to the Bilateral Cooperation Committee.
3. Communicate this Agreement to the Constitutional Court by any of the bodies mentioned in article 33.2 of the Organic Law of the Constitutional Court, for the purposes that are contemplated in the precept itself, such as inserting this Agreement in the Official State Gazette and in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.–The Minister of Territorial Policy, Isabel Rodríguez García.–The Vice President and Minister of Equality and Inclusive Policies, Aitana Mas Mas.
