The commissions to own means allow that the public administrations and other entities that make up the public sector can commission the execution of the benefits of the contracts for works, supplies, services, works concession and service concession to another legal entity different from them. , as long as it has the legal qualification of its own means personified with respect to them.

In this webinar we will deal in a practical way with the current legal framework of commissions to own means derived from the jurisprudence of the CJEU and articles 31 to 33 of the Law on Public Sector Contracts, Law 9/2017 as well as Law 40/ 2015, of the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.

We will see the differences of the orders with other figures such as management orders, as well as the new horizontal cooperation formulas through administrative cooperation agreements and the so-called triangular cooperation via agreement together with orders to own means.

We will analyze the financing system for "in house" operations through the tariff system and the way in which they are configured.

Requirements will be specified are the legal instruments for formalizing the orders and their requirements.
