Errors noted in the consolidated text of the ATP Agreement, published in the Official State Gazette no. 143, of June 16, 2022, with correction of errors published in the Official State Gazette no. 179, of July 27, 2022, the appropriate corrections are transcribed below:
- – Page 82990: Add after section 6.1 and before annex I, appendix 1, a new section 7 with the following wording:
7. Definitions.
"Unit" means a set of parts that form an isothermal box and the supporting structure it requires for road and rail transport. Said assembly may include thermal devices.
"Heating device" means a thermal device that generates energized thermal to increase (heat) the internal temperature.
"Refrigerating and heating device" means a refrigerating device that can reduce (cool) or increase (heat) the internal temperature of a unit and that has one side subjected to an attempt to certify its ability to both cool and heat.
"Refrigerator" means a thermal device that generates energized thermal to reduce (cool) the internal temperature of a unit by means of a mechanical drive system.
"Cooling device" means a thermal device that generates energized thermal to reduce (reduce) the internal temperature of a unit by melting, evaporating or sublimating, for example, hydrous ice, a salt solution (euctic plates), liquefied gas or carbonic ice.
"Thermal device" means a device that generates energized thermal to reduce (cool) or increase (heat) the internal temperature of a unit.

- – Page 83019, section 7.3.6 Declaration of conformity, in the paragraph where it says:
Issue a declaration of conformity in a supplementary document to the certificate of conformity issued by the competent authority of the manufacturer. This document is based on the data provided by the manufacturer.
The following sentence is then added, as a full stop:
The declaration conforms to the previous format in model No. 14 of this annex.
